There are two primary ways that I engage with organizations: as a teacher and as an advisor. In each case, the pace and format can be tailored to specific needs.

Workshops

There are two primary workshop methods. Both methods are deeply collaborative, hands-on, and use existing projects or challenges as the learning landscape.

Workshops include the content provided in speaking engagements plus teaching exercises, breakout sessions for applied learning and action plan development. Deliverables are: a team educated and trained in the chosen skillset. Executives, managers and students will be empowered to apply the skillset to corporate challenges. Workshops are also available to educate trainers to further imbed the skillset within the culture.

Advisory

Aimed at producing solutions that advance the organization, advisory work includes the fundamentals and core concepts of the speeches and workshops but applies the preferred skill set(s) to a specific challenge or challenges at hand toward breaking through impediments and accelerating success. Deliverables are: breakthrough strategic solutions to specific challenges toward advancing the business; management teams capable and inspired to pursue the solutions generated; and management teams better positioned to tackle similar problems on their own going forward.
